How do I pay for my Item? - Payment
Payment can be made securely on line using our service provided by Pay Pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Delta. We also welcome payments by telephone. Please call Us for details
. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
In order to purchase goods online you must hold a valid Credit or Debit card. You must also confirm that the information you supply on our website is both accurate and complete and relates specifically to you. You must agree not to use or copy anyone else's identity or name that you are not authorised to use.
What if my item is out of stock? - Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the event an item is sold out it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will offer you a suitable alternative or order your product in for you (or give you a full refund) if we are unable to fulfil your order.
What if I change my mind on my item after receiving it? -Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund this does not include the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or not as described. Postage costs will not be refunded if you as a buyer change your decision and the item is returned after the 7 day period , they will only be reimbursed if we are at fault e.g. item faulty or not as described. Please ensure you check sizing guidelines when purchasing to ensure the correct size.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and in the condition as sent.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
** Please be aware our Jewellery Items are NON- RETURNABLE Due to the nature of the products**
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

When will I receive my item? -Shipping
Your item will be posted to you the next working day and is sent 1st class so you should receive within 3-5 working days. If you do not receive your item in this time please contact us.
What Countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to many countries if you do not see your country on our country list when creating a customer account, please contact us and we will be more than happy to add it for you. Our main countries at present are the UK, Europe, USA all with varying shipping charges.
How much will my item cost to post internationally?
Currently our charges are as follows:
UK: £5.00 unless order is over £75 then postage is FREE
USA: £10.00 standard
Europe: £5.00-£15 depending on size and weight of items
